District 15 Committee Meeting and District Inventory
District 15 will hold a district inventory on Monday, August 24, at 7:00 PM at:

A district inventory helps us evaluate how effectively we are serving our groups, GSRs, and the district as a whole. It allows us to recognize what is working and identify areas for improvement.
GSRs are asked to share the attached inventory questions with their groups and gather feedback before the inventory. Please bring your group’s feedback, along with your own responses, so the inventory reflects the experience and conscience of District 15’s members.
All District 15 voting members and alternates, including GSRs, officers, and committee chairs, are encouraged to participate. All other A.A. members in District 15 are welcome to attend and observe.
During the inventory, the moderator will present the questions one at a time. Each participant will have an opportunity to share once per question, and a scribe will record the discussion for later review by the district.
